Lately I've gotten REALLY into Cradle of Filth. Don't know why, because I've never liked them and swore I never would. All of a sudden though I find myself quite enjoying their music.

'Bitter Suites...' and 'Damnation and a Day' are both excellent albums imo.

(Save the shit, I know most of you hate them.)

Has anyone heard Pentacle? I recommed their sole album ...Rides the Moonstorm to anyone who likes arse-kicking old school death metal. The EPs Ancient Death and The Fifth Moon are also well worth checking out.

Vore is quite good.

It took me a little while to find on DC too, but a few users have it. Yes, it's a crushingly atmospheric release.

I particularly found the track Opaque to be good. 9 minute acoustic instrumental that doesn't get boring.

The album's really grown on me in this last couple of months. I loved it when I first listened to it but that soon faded and my opinion of it became 'quite good', but it's been gradually getting more and more listens.

Blut Aus Nord. Procession of the Dead Clowns is my favortie song off that album. The Howling of God is also a great song.

I'd say The Choir of the Dead, Our Blessed Frozen Cells, and Procession of the Dead Clowns are the best on the album.
