Both I guess. From what I hear american cities are built differently, and you need to take the car to get anywhere, and here you can use public transportation or a bike more often?

Also, the US have waged a lot of wars to keep the gas prices down, I say you earned to pay a bit less than us...

i make the equivalent of $1300 a month and i drive everywhere in a (relatively, by modern standards) gas-guzzling old jalopy
