just got back from ultrasound which probably wont find anything since it is muscular, not organ related. brotha needs a fucking ct scan. fuck insurance companies. but we'll see.

My fiancee had a ct scan a couple of weeks ago, it cost her $15 and she only had to wait 3 days to perform it.

So, I figured out that I have Diastasis Recti. My guess is from applying traditional lifting techniques like pushing my belly out against the belt to create stability but at the same time, turns off the transversus abdominal wall. Guess I gotta strengthen my transversus a lot more and stay away from crunches, leg raises, etc.

Thanks guys. Yea, as lifters, we are actually taught to do that. Fuck belts, build your own natural inner belt...the transversus abdominis. Ugh, I dont even wear a belt that often either but do employ the stomach-out intra-ab pressure trick. So ass backwards. I guess ya gotta flex your ego somehow and why not bigger weights and dumb technique to impress a bunch of other knucklehead "bros"?
