just got back from ultrasound which probably wont find anything since it is muscular, not organ related. brotha needs a fucking ct scan. fuck insurance companies. but we'll see.
So, I figured out that I have Diastasis Recti. My guess is from applying traditional lifting techniques like pushing my belly out against the belt to create stability but at the same time, turns off the transversus abdominal wall. Guess I gotta strengthen my transversus a lot more and stay away from crunches, leg raises, etc.
