if there is no injury and the cars are not obstructing traffic ... you are priority 376 down the list for the NYPD ... I would have left as all was squared away between me and the other people with insurance but i needed a report to get the car towed by insurance co's dime to a shop ...

If the car was driveable, you couldve left without a police report correct? Thats what Ive heard anyway...as long as all info is exchanged between drivers

yes technically i could have left ... but the car is not driveable ... well it drives but the radiator spewed smoke and dumped all fluid on the ground.

fucking tow is like 200 sheckels here in nyc to do it out of pocket ... need insurance to cover it and they won't unless a report was taken at the scene.
