then waited 3+ hours for the cops to make their presence for a report.
then walked home 4 miles carrying my daughters car seat.

I had dinner with my brother in law and his gf the other night. They met a year or so ago while working for the US on Okinawa. During dinner, they mentioned something about Marines raping some Japanese kids but they said it was awhile ago.
