oh nah it would go to my house in buffalo ny until I was outta here or permanent resident again, it's not permanent over here so I wouldnt send something like that over here..so im looking at 300 bucks huh..is that a regular price for a starter table? Would I likely have to get a sound system on top of that as well?

Well, to be honest with you, especially with the stuff we tend to listen to, you would probably be fine with just getting a run-of-the-mill sony/audio technica turntable. :loco:

I almost regret getting into this bullshit hi-fi nonsense.

lol ... the great thing about good stuff is that it holds its value pretty well.
300 clams for the Rega is a good deal ... even if you buy it and use it for some years, you'll get most of your money back when/if you decide to ditch it.

and then you're like "call me before 2 if you don't want the tickets i purchased without asking you beforehand" and when i call you you won't answer..!

Just had a casual lunch/meeting in the heart of hipster central, Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

In a place that probably is the template of all other hipster eateries in the good ole US ... http://nymag.com/listings/restaurant/roebling-tea-room/photo_gallery.html

fuck me if not in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon this place was not packed like it was a summer Saturday night ... nobody works anymore I guess.

had Jack Daniels for lunch though so it wasn't all bad.
