The what's going on in Thrash thread

Maybe it is, and maybe it's not enough of a pay cheque so he has to do extra. Maybe he just likes doing it. But I also suppose it was probably remiss of me to blame him for not giving us Testament live, Eric and Chuck would more likely be the ones to blame.
When they first talked about the live stream they said all they had to do was get Alex out of NY to Cali. I don't think that's happened.

Yeah I haven't watched it yet. So you're the tester!

I'm in the middle of a few other tasks at the moment, if I could get enthusiastic enough I'd put it on a USB and watch it in the car while I wait for the kids. It's pissing down rain here today I don't want to get out and wait for them, no sense all of us getting wet :)

Lol. Blabbermouth. First they say Anthrax was formed July 18th 1981. The they say "Active over the past five decades" Close! But no cigar!

I love that decade continuity issue that many bands and people are using now. Technically it is over 5 separate decades if you count them but the decade from 2020 to 2030 has one just started so 5 decades actually equals less than 40 years. But let's not get to hasty here it could be 50 years before we see the next album :)

It's amazing how many artists, more so away from metal, are using that sort of addition to add up their career lately.
The RNR HOF do it the opposite way, a band/muso is eligible to be entered after 25 years, but unless they are rap or pop, their 25th anniversary comes between 40 and 50

I'm getting so sick of Jnr, I know the media are just dragging shit out as much as they can but he's not helping himself with stupid comment like knowing how Jesus felt.
I really hope his crowd funding and need for attention doesn't screw up this story for Nick

Admittedly I know nothing about this band. To really drive it home, as I'm watching this I'm thinking. What? is the bass player the dude's brother or something? But then I realize I think the drummer is the vocalist? :D.

Exciter is one of the very first speed/thrash metal bands. They have some great songs. I saw them live in 2002. For many years their drummer was their lead vocalist, like early Nocturnus.
