so what about the ones who had to dump even though they still love the other ? or dump him/her by knowing that is gonna be painful for both sides but also had to be done?

so far, you've always looked from other perspective, but there's this dimension in real life & relationships too. Well I'm not talking about 1 - 2 months relationships of course

Ashure's right. It's usually hard and sad for both involved but the one doing the dumping has to go through that shit earlier, that's why it might seem that he/she is taking it so easily. But people and situations are different, can't generalize...
