Man, I am really missing the FTP. Since I just got a new external hard drive just for music (actually my third hard drive), I would actually be willing to set my computer up for FTP downloading, if someone told me how to do it. My computer is on most of the time, and I wouldn't mind people uploading killer thrash to my drive.

You should get a DNS server from www.no-ip.org–binds an address (say, lykathea.no-ip.org) to your FTP even if the IP changes. I'm not entirely sure how it works, but it seems to do its job.
