Thrash!

Cogumelo Records will reissue two albums from the cult late '80s/early '90s Brazilian thrash metal band CHAKAL — "The Man Is His Own Jackal" (1990) and "Death Is A Lonely Business" (1991) — as part of the Cogumelo Remasters series. Both albums will come in a special edition slipcase CD featuring "exceptional" artwork. The disc will also include a bonus instrumental track, an outtake from the "Death Is A Lonely Business" sessions.

Kreator's Terrible Certainty earns my approval. It's not as powerful as the previous album, but I like it. Almost as if they combined some Testament with their original sound.

One could say it was Kreators most intense thrash album. Very complex and flat out from start to finish. A formula never to be repeated by them. :headbang:

So I gave the new Sepultura album a quick listen and I hate it surprise, surprise. How can Sepultura be "Sepultura" without either of the Cavalera brothers.

Been listening a lot to the two Carnivore albums a lot, I love those. I like Type O ("I Like Goils" is the funniest meal song ever) but wish Peter Steel would have stuck to Carnvore / Thrash.

I got me Testament's The New Order for Christmas. I like it but am still not sure whether I like it more than Practice What You Preach or not. Which do you like better and how do you compare them?

The New Order and Practice What You Preach are both great Testament albums. Id have to say I like The New Order better of the two. It has some of their greatest songs on there, Disciples of the Watch, The New Order, Trial By Fire, and Into The Pit. IMO Its probably their second best album behind their legendary debut The Legacy. Ther new album is pretty Damn good too. Probably their best since their glory years.

I've always liked Breaking the Silence more I think, but most people I know thinks VoD is better, both are great though, so you should buy it.

WHAT THE FUCK....

This is a bonus track called "Upon The Shores" off Trivium's Shogun album. There's some death metal backing vocals in some parts of the song, it sounds actually decent and the vocals sound fucking excellent on it especially with the backing vocals. God damn, an actual decently well producted song by them. Well to me anyways.
