Thrash!

U can name alot in black metal, pagan metal, and death metal. Thats really the highlight of heavy metal. But not many bands otherwise get anywhere trying to cope with thrash, progressive, industrial, power, or alternative even.

You can name a lot of pagan metal?

On to a completely unrelated matter : can anyone recommend some tech thrash like WatchtowerCoroner -ish

Sieges Even's debut "Life Cycle" is in the vein of Watchtower's "Control And Resistance". The albums they released afterwards are still very technical, but they aren't thrash anymore, some even aren't metal anymore.

I am the one that told you the list was not pure. What is the point of that?

What I am is a 42 year old metalhead. I also love plenty of other metal genres. You wanted a list of 30 good thrash bands. I just listed a ton of bands that are thrash to varying degrees, and many of them are straight up thrash. There are tons of bands that are not on that list. For example, I left Annihilator off on purpose because I don't think they're that good.

That list was taken from part of my collection.

Eh I was gona check out other forums but talking with people here, sharing bands, stuff of that sort. Kind of got me drawn into hanging at this forum for the moment. Besides theres some pretty cool people here.
