About the only things that I find highly enjoyable currently. Some of the other stuff I liked is starting to get boring and pretty irritating for some reason, I may have been overexposed to it.
I'm currently taking a psychedelic/ prog rock respite, to clean my head a bit.

IMO it's too hard to say, especially if you include bands that released less than three albums or death metal albums. And often bands with a more extensive catalog have released rather weak albums along with their classics (ie Morbid Angel, Death, Unleashed, Grave, Incantation, etc.). Gorguts, Immolation, Monstrosity, The Chasm, etc. seem to be some of the most consistant bands, though even with them not every album is close to flawless.

Morbid Angel - Unthreatened kings of death metal,there will never be another DM-band like them.
Pestilence - I love how every one of their songs has this creepy panic nerve to them.
Entombed - Two first albums = no fucking around,no pansy ass technichal shit,just stomach punching death metal
