here. once i wrap up the one for 2016 in a couple days i'm gonna start a thread for a different year (probably an iconic one to start off with), and so on. i may make a master thread to store all the consensus top 10s kinda like the hall of fame museum, or alternatively i'll just publish them in a RYM list or whatever.

The Spell of Retribution is a really frustrating album for me because it has some amazing songs on it, but it drags on and some of the songs feature the least engaging songwriting of their career.
