Night of the Living Dead '68/'90 (made me fall in love with the zombie-movies genre)
True Romance (tarantino's best)
From Dusk Till Dawn (rodriguez's best)
Terminator 2 (James Cameron's best)
Starwars Episode 5 (the only one not directed by Georges Lucas, that's why it's the best)

also:
Halloween (John Carpenter's best)
Zombi2 (Lucio Fulci's excellent romero tribute)
Suspiria (Dario Argento rules!)
Grindhouse (excellent movie, if you think this suck, watch more 70's video nasty movies, this is a great overthetop tribute)
