Top 50 extreme albums

I'm surprised that "Necroticism" isn't there, considering it's far more extreme and less melodic than "Heartwork". Also, no Napalm Death? What's going on there?

Hey I like some of that stuff, I just don't think In Flames are heaps better than others from the genre which is how they are treated. I really dig some Arch Enemy and Dark Tranquility stuff.

That's fairy nuff Blitzy. I like IF's old stuff a lot, but don't know much about the last couple of albums. Arch Enemy rule, and DT aren't too shabby either!

I think In Flames are rated so highly because they were the first band to become well known for playing the style.
