Track ball vs mouse

Never owned a trackball. Just normal mouses for me.

kensington expert mouse, can't imagine going back.

that was the one i was looking at, but then i realized i cant live without a scroll wheel, so i have to figure out another one to try.

yeah Charlie, Magic Mouse works fine under Snow Leopard. check your settings, there no reason it should be any different than on your sister's macbook.

Well I dunno what else to try. I was even on tech support with Apple and they couldn't help me.
A simple "magic mouse slow" google search will reveal I'm not alone in this. Really frustrating cuz I like the mouse, it's just too slow for my tastes.

EDIT: I was wary of installing MouseZoom but it did increase the tracking speed.
