Tracks for a Mix

Hey Guys...Happy New Year

If anyone interested I have a rar file (about 363M) :DEAD raw tracks


The text file has info about the tune, tempo etc..check it out

The tune is a Instrumental Metal song (guitars quad tracked, bass & drums) with piano, violin , cello, strings section, a little male-female choir
Vocals where never worked into this tune..

It is a challenge trying to fit all of the instruments into their own space

I have been learning alot from this forum and you guys( I would just like to say thanks to everyone for that ) ,still struggling at times.. I would like to see what you guys come up with if you like....

Hey man, do not feel like that you where excited and really wanted to do it..a lot of us are new to this whole thing..we are all just trying our best..Look at me I posted my first mix and I FUCKED up the measures..next time I will have all tracks start at 1...did not know it would cause all this trouble

i got a question.. And its actually a question i was seeking......How do i know what to pan the TOMS so they line correctly with the OHS and AMB? i have been wondering this myself since i just started digging into DFHS

Dude thanks for putting up a mix, I am working on a mix (automation etc.) myself..new at the whole thing just trying some different things will post soon..Any way your mix was cool thanks

yeah im working hard on mixing it now.....though i think its gonna take awhile because i would like to do vocals over it......I might cut some of the stuff out a little.....i think you went overboard on some stuff as far as the extra sound stuff.....but let you see when im done......looking forward to it
