...plus the hundreds that dont let you know that we are having issues.
i know this thing requires tweaking and all but, usually when i try a demo, i just want to pop it in a track and if it does right away what it's supposed to do, im sold. Otherwise, ill wait for videos instead of posting my tracks, and wait to get a reply from support to give me screen shots and all.
To be fair, with the myriad of different combinations of DAW, operating system, system setups etc you can't possibly expect any software company in any industry to do a first release that works 100% of the time for 100% of it's users, and by not emailing support to let them know that you're having issues then you're not helping the situation.
If you dont let them know that you're having issues so that they can fix them then you can't really complain imo.
