TV Shows

I finished Making a Murderer doc a few days ago. Completely spun, multiple details omitted, bias to the tenth degree. Very interesting and worth a watch, just as long as you gather all the details to the case to see both sides.

If ye give this a gander, read his 2009 appeal as a companion piece. Basically the defense had no other recourse but to claim he was framed by the cops, despite several others in the salvage yard having motive and opportunity for the slaying. I personally think he did it, but I'm open to him being fugged over by one of his hillbilly kin. The doc hardly touches on this.

The shitbag is definitely guilty. But his lawyers were fucking badass. If/when I kill someone, I know who to call.

is that show good or s it just some lame dateline type did-he-do-it?

seems that show is all the rage right now

Sort of. But it's a lot more complicated than that. It's main theme is how fucked up the criminal-justice system actually is.

Ever seen the Staircase? Most biased "documentary" I've ever seen. I looked up the facts afterwards and was stunned.... and I came away ALREADY thinking he did it! Same with Serial.

Both still fascinating, though.

Nah, I think the only other true crime i've seen is that doc on netflix about the "satanic" high schoolers in TN or something that were accused of raping a girl and doing satanic things or something
