The new X-files run isn't perfect but it's fucking good god dammit and I cannot wait to obsessively watch these new episodes over and over and over again on poorly dubbed VHS bootlegs just like I did with the original series.

Also I read the first 48 issues of The Walking Dead. The TV show is better. <-- Never thought I'd say that about anything, ever, but in this case... wow. Pretty surprising. I'll keep reading, probably. But I'll definitely keep watching.

I've only watched two episodes from the new X-Files and holy hell it's disappointing. I have zero motivation to even continue watching but I will because X-Files.

Yep, episode 3 was the best, until I just saw 4 tonight. Holy hell, it was like old times, but without the retro hangover. I <3 it.

Agreed. It looks like they're having fun with it more than anything. I'm curious to see what they do with the final episode.

Wow. X-Files was awful. It was just a disjointed mess.

I read most of volume 1 for a class but not really a comic guy. The writing and divine intervention in the show is so obnoxious.
