Two Notes Wall of Sound III (Clips and thoughts)

Are any of you guys using this impulse loader? I just picked up the Mesa cab from them after hearing Ola's clip on youtube. You can only use Two Notes' proprietary impulse format and they are a bit pricey but they come with a bunch of mic and poweramp setups along with a pretty nice EQ. To me it sounds more like a real cabinet than other impulse loaders, albeit a little less hyped. I can't really explain it so I just made a clip

Downloaded this last weekend. I find the cab models are either really great or really mediocre, and their pricing scheme is incredibly skeevy. I really like their ENGL sim and the power amp modeling, but in your example I actually prefered the MickRich impulse hahah.

Yeah I agree the Engl cab is awesome. I updated the op with a new clip that uses Wall of Sound Engl L and Mesa R.

I keep forgetting I have purchased WOS modern because I never use it. I mic real cabs most of the time or I reach for Recabinet with If have to. WOS interface is a pain in the ass and their cab models don't sound that great imo.
MickRich impulse rape the ass of the two notes stuff in your clips.

Tried the free Pi a while back and it sounded thin. Downloaded WOS but have not installed yet, not to start the trial period when I am busy.
Even in the clip it does not sound that good, if you compare to the two notes hardware options.
<off> Ola's new washburn guitar gave me g.a.s. though. have a X50 profe which is great, might consider this...

BY FAR the Mickrich impulses...They sound great. What he's contributed to the x50 v2 beta has been excellent.

Bought the modern version and never use it anymore after I bought a Kemper. The impulses are not that great. But at least it was the first without static impulses.
