Zero Hour was once again mentioned when we were discussing awesome bands and great musicians at the FortaRock festival this past saturday. We PPEU regulars still remember the ZH performance as one of the best of that year, possibly one of the best of the decade of Progpower Europe. Hope you guys remember us with a similar fondness

ZH is constantly talked about amongst friends as one of the most badass bands around

Truth. Zero Hour is one of those bands I would travel abroad for just to see them.

I'd drive 5 hours through the night, and then 5 hours back.

It's awesome to hear people are still talking about ZH. We always had a great time playing and hanging out with everyone after the shows. YOU GUYS RULE!!!

As I've mentioned before I put together my home studio a while back. I want to thank my friends for all their help......Joe Moak, Matt Pinson and the man Dino Alden as they helped and pushed me in this direction. I've written over 3 CD's worth of material (2008 to 2009). Troy has been tracking here and there and has recorded 90% of 2 CD's. Just recently while recording Troy either tore or strained a tendon in his left arm. He has 5 pinched nerves running down the side of his neck. He's now in the process of seeing a specialist for his neck and arm. We hope it's just a strain but he's in a lot of pain and hasn't played since.

I'm sorry for not getting on much and updating this way.

Great news that Troy's been tracking here and there! Must mean he's as good as he can be, right? Despite the injury now, I'm pretty sure he's going to bounce back up again. He's shown resilience so far, no way a little injury's holding him back!

I really wish I could say it's a small injury and I don't want to go into huge details here. Troy is going to have to have another Surgery (possibly 2) by the end of the year. It's a tough pill to swallow as he's not in good shape.

I want to stay positive but at the moment things are not very good on that end.

I appreciate everyone staying positive for us.

that's exactly what I thought when I read your message Jasun. Lot's of strength to Troy, you and the rest out there. Hang in there. We can wait.

Please let Troy know that I wish him all the best in this I know this is really tough and must be a big set back.
Sometimes a big break in recording can be a good thing e.g. Cynic came back as strong as ever. I am glad you guys have not given up
Jasun do you still have that link to the specialist I suggested I think with stuff like traped nerves etc she really would be worth trying out

Hey guys, thanks for the update. Sad to hear about Troy's set back. Doesn't sound good. But, I hope he will make a turn for the better quickly for his sake. I know he is probably itching to play at full throttle again, but it sounds like it may have been too soon. All my well wished to you all.

That's some bad news We'll stay positive though and keep sending those positive vibes your and Troy's way! Keep your heads up and things will turn out alright in the end. Like it has been said before, we can wait it all out so there's no need to rush anything.
