Women don't like mixing/DAW/etc because what they hear is exactly what is, with no "buts" or anything else that they can misinterpret to mean something, so that they will misinterpret it and start nagging

Producers and eingineers don't get into the business because they have exceptional hearing and decide do a favor to humanity, it's because they like the music, and then eingineering part. There are a lot fewer women eingineers of any kind, including audio. So I don't think it's really that there are few women AEs, as much as there are few woman eingineers. See what I'm saying? I have a feeling I worded this badly.
