Varg has been released and obviously nothing has been charged against him, as this was nothing but a big anti-terrorist publicity stunt. Regardless, it was endlessly funny to see his face all over the news for two days, with all kinds of people wondering who the fuck this guy is and leaving haphazard comments on black metal videos in the mainstream media.

I'm liking Pathfinder as a system quite a bit, embodies what I like about D&D and some nice improvements. I caught a few inconsistencies and oddities but over all, definitely my preferred Fantasy system now

Shiiit I wish I knew anyone who I could play D&D with. Used to play like 8 hrs/week but it dissolved when we all went to college. I had an 8th level barbarian, used to love the game. I even have a $100 set of dice!

Krig- I love lengthy campaigns like that. My DM was a guy I played with years ago, decided to start up a new one. Same world, 50 years later

Max- in college I couldn't find anyone who did RPGs. Seemed like it was something I had to move on past but now have a group and we are all busy as shit but work out games once every 2 weeks

My dm is 36, Created his world when he was 14 and has just been building it into a full on world. History and everything. It's absolutely insane.
He's also a landscape architech, so his maps are fucking cool.

I gave up three hobbies years ago, and gaming was one of them. The second I rekindled (offroading), and the third I don't care about (photography).

Even bought my wife some Vampire: The Masquerade stuff to try and reignite the flame that both of us have let die over the years! So far... nothing.
