Watershed DVD tracks?!

Is there any easy way for a non-computer wizard dude like me to get "Bridge of Sighs" and "Den ständiga resan" in mp3 format, I barely listen to these tracks since they are on DVD (which is lame) and I want to add them on my Ipod to my Watershed playlist. Anyone got any simple solutions?

You can get both of them from it-unes for $0.99 each (as well as Meletron Heart). That would be the simplest solution, I would think.
