Been looking for this for a few weeks now.
 
10 mins of light treadmillan is the king of warmups.

Just got home from the gym, ate some motherfucking peas/meat stew and drank some motherfucking milk.

Now i'm enjoying a snus.

I do like 3 min warmup before weights :p
Then I tttrrryy for 30 min cardio, but my lungs will just start to fucking die 10 minutes in, feels like I'm getting stabbed. :/

Ah well, I've gained weight and sized down in cloths again for the 4th time in 2 years. :cool:
