I've been GASing for something Tele like lately as I've posted before - Tele's are just my favorite guitar style, classic, understated, and sexy as all hell. Well, I just came across Hanson guitars from Chicago and their Firenza T-90 guitar. It's a Tele style guitar with a body style that looks more like something that Music Man might release. It comes with an overwound Broadcaster type pickup in the bridge position giving a bit more aggression than a standard Tele pickup, and a nice sounding P-90 in the neck (I've become a bit of a P-90 fanboi since getting my XV-560 Semi hollowbody with P-90s).

For $599 direct I'm going to have a hard time resisting the urge to add one to my upcoming purchase list.
