Usually i find that stuff im kinda indifferent to at first i listen to a lot in the long term, like i just picked up the new vehemence on thursday, and i found it decent at first but im loving it right now-i can tell this will be played a lot in the future!

so thats stuff like

Strapping Young Lad - City (didnt get it till i played it in a dark room)
Converge - Jane Doe (this took months for me to get into, one of my all time faves)
Reverend Bizarre - Harbinger of Metal (another one i had to listen to in the dark)
