No idea what so ever, it could be that they sell them there (didn't find any on my trips tho) but under a different publisher or something, they do sell them at Canada, UK (where he is from) and Europe.

not at all. i was reading 3 or 4 books at once last summer. i prefer to read just one but somehow i had a few at the same time all of the sudden
