What is the first CD you ever bought...

I traded it away when I moved away from the indie rock thing in the late 90's, but I'm harbouring the thought of getting it again because, why, it fucking rocks.

PS: I owned tapes, vinyls, and 8-tracks before this CD.

Hmm i was buying lots of techno and pop albums when i was 6-7. New Kids On The Block for example. I even had a NKOTB t-shirt. Then i bought some 50s rock n roll compilations, and finally "And Justice For All". But these were all original tapes. The first CD i ever bought was "Paranoid" or maybe a Slayer one, i can't really remember.

Oh i forgot about ARMY OF LOVERS. I freakin love this band. They were geniouses and their videos were pretty ahead of their time. "Obsession" is S-I-C-K.

And my cousins gave us a dubbed cassette of an Aqua album once, I used to listen to that when I was 9 or 10.

And I had some songs I taped off the radio, including something by Randy Bachman's son, the cover of American Woman by that black guy, and some other crap.
