The album conjures up similar impressions of raw yet noble bitterness than, say, Lurker of Chalice's 1st opus or even fucking "Blood in Our Wells". If that's any indication. It's extremely powerful and dense emotions-wise. I dare not say hateful, but the word certainly jumps to mind in places.
