When is "Would?" AIC cover going to be released?

The way I thought it was going to play out was this:

3 cover songs on the special edition CD.
Derelict Herds on the Japanese Edition.
Derelict Herds also on the vinyl (which itself is limited edition).

The vinyl version seems to actually come with a CD version too, so perhaps Derelict Herds is on there also?

Then of course there's Mellotron Heart on a separate CD with the first 500 preorders.

I was also very interested in hearing Opeth's take on "Would?" and I was a little upset when I found out that it wasn't going to be on the Special Edition. I've already preordered the Special Edition, but if I get it and then find out that there's a Japanese edition with "Would?" I'll be pissed because I'll have to buy the thing again at a higher price for apparently one song. I wouldn't be surprised, though, because record labels have done this kind of bullshit before. There's no friggin' reason to rip off music fans like this. Yet these labels complain that people are ripping them off with illegal downloads, all the while they themselves drive people to it with some of the shit they pull.
