I think your criticism is justified, but I disagree with the message only being 'potent' in written form; when opinions are sung it's usually a lot more convincing and attractive, thus I can understand them to some extent

Right. At heart, Weltanschauung is political propaganda. As much as some people don't want to think about it.

and they want to reach the maximum possible audience. By limiting a worldwide release to Ukrainian or Russian, you limit your audience, even if translations are made available.
OK, so the only differences are the language, the printed lyrics, and a few of the instrumental songs. Everything else is identical correct, like the artwork, packaging, etc?
and if you ARE curious, like Erik said: you can always do OMG ILLEGAL DOWNLOAD. (like I did in order to listen to the albums before they got proper release )
