Right. At heart, Weltanschauung is political propaganda. As much as some people don't want to think about it.

and they want to reach the maximum possible audience. By limiting a worldwide release to Ukrainian or Russian, you limit your audience, even if translations are made available.

Most obvious example: Adolf Hitler was a legendary speaker, but Mein Kampf is a legendarily shitty read. -_-
