Where was Jesper born?

Yesterday at the show someone told me, that he had met In Flames when they were in Graz / Austria (Whoracle Tour I think) and Jesper told the guy that he was born in Graz.
So does someone know if this is true?

I had that URL since someone told me a wav I had labeled as Korn - Episode 666 was In Flames in 1998... Heh, I was ten when I first heard in flames. I ignored the url and storedit in my bookmarks until I started listenign to them in 2000
