I don´t know about UK Garage but dance music annoys me most.
It´s nothing more than some "boom boom boom" and a girl yells
some meaningless words.

Rap and Hip Hop are also annoying. Especially german Hip Hop is a
pain in the ass since most bands...pardon, "crews" use a lot
of anglicisms in their "lyrics".

Uh, no. Listen to DJ Shadow, Antipop Consortium, Cannibal Ox, and Mr. Liff. There is lots of very good hip hop and rap out there and just because you are sampling something that does not mean that your work lacks creativity (DJ Shadow again and Amon Tobin). And who can not love A Tribe Called Quest?
