The problem with Nightwish is that almost all their "well-known" songs are the ones that suck, but their truly great songs lie beneath the surface and further back in their discography. Naturally the new stuff since they switched singers is generally junk, perhaps one or two good songs, and even then still inferior to the old stuff. I do enjoy oceanborn every once in a long while, not a bad album. Anyway I get tired of Nightwish quickly, probably because of Tarja's annoying singing, and most of the times I don't even finish listening to the album.

There's a lot more to Lacuna Coil then people think IMO, but I do not try and get people who do not get it into it. I think when it comes down to music people either like something or they don't. I mention LC because they have a female vocalist.

There are many people on the board who like SOAD (such as myself) who don't get ripped on like NN does. The simple reason NN gets ripped on is because he's an obnoxious whiny cunt. He moans about all the people with carrots up their arses on the board, but those carrots pale into insignificance when compared to the gargantuan chip on his shoulder.

I was gonna say this actually. Without saying that I like SOAD, because I don't, but I do like a lot of stuff that people on this board tend to disagree with me on.
