Who should be the next James Bond?

Ben Affleck, man. Then they could put our heroine, J-Lo, as the next bond-chick.

About Pierce B; there's nothing wrong with him. I mean, he's only like 60 years old (though he looks 80) and he IS quite charming, manly and cool.

Yeah man, but he played an evil bastard in Mrs Doubtfire......

I'll rank them, along with my favorite movies of theirs:
1. Sean Connery - Goldfinger or You only Live Twice

2. Pierce Brosnan - Goldeneye (Die Another Day made up for the two before it)

3(Tie). Timmothy Dalton - License to Kill

3(Tie). Roger Moore - Live and Let Die or Moonraker

5. George Lazenby - On Her Majesty's Secret Service - Disgraceful Performance

Connery was the best of course, and I'm a fan of the way Brosnan plays Bond. I never thought much of Dalton until I saw 'License to Kill' again recently and thought the human touch he added to the role was quite good. I stopped liking Moore after 'For Your Eyes Only'. He always hammed it up too much and he just never looked right. Lazenby was terrible, but the entire cast of that film really didn't really put much effort in.

6. The first James Bond in the musical of Casino Royale...an...AMERICAN! I don't remember his name.

'Casino Royale' wasn't a musical if I recall. It was a comedy, and David Niven (who was British) was Bond in that. It wasn't very good though.

Roger Moore is the best. I can't see any other actor in James Bond's shoes. No one else can wear a safari suit with the same degree of casuality.
My girlfriend would like to see Brad Pitt, though. I sometimes wonder what the hell Brad Pitt has that I don't have. "A hot girlfriend", I should tell her.

Hugh Jackman cleans up REALLY nice. He could pull off the right mix of smarmy and charming. He could do the accent, I'm sure.
