I met their bassist Petros is his name? I met him before their support of Dragonforce couple years back. Didn't speak to him for long as the pub was calling my name and I'm sure he was heading for sound checks and the like.

i just read on th venue's website and it said
"Camera policy varies from night to night as per the band's discretion. Typically, point and shoot digital cameras are allowed. All cameras with removable lenses and/or professional cameras (including digital SLR) MUST be checked at coat check unless you are issued a photo pass. Photo passes are not issued by The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza but rather through the band/label/management. If no photography is allowed you may be asked to check your camera."
i was actually surprised because usually venues in the US don't allow cameras. what the fuck is a point and shoot digital camera? is that just a traditional one? i have a digital camcorder that takes pictures, d'you think they'd accept it? i don't know how to read apparently

Point and shoot are the regular digital cameras. Since you have a digital camcorder, I don't think they'll let that go through. Everywhere I've been, digital camera, even those semi-pro or even pro, are allowed but the camcorders aren't.

I would say it's a point and shoot, but it looks like a DSLR and can do things that they can do that normal P&S cams can't.

Y'know...I put a sign up in my work asking people to cover shifts for when I go away on this tour and everyone says I'm a groupie now 
I'm not...I just really enjoy the band and thought I might aswell follow the tour aswell as seeing Europe which is something I have to do before June/July this year anyway!!!!

I met all of the band except Petros on Sept. 24th, 2007... Henning on vocals obviously. They were exceptionally nice guys and can't say enough about them. I talked to Gus about guitar stuff for a while as well as some of his guest spots for artists like Rob Rock... I talked to Mark about his time in At Vance (which apparently was a horrible experience), and Henning about Metalium. Good stuff, I would love to meet them again.

met them all, they're all amazing guys, so down to earth and friendly, love them all.
first met them after the leeds gig they did supporting dragonforce... i think... no wait, it'll have been glasgow, just randomly got chatting to them outside the venue.
met kirsty whilst hanging out with them after the nottingham gig, awesome night! especially having to drive Bob around nottingham looking for Petros as he'd disappeared on the way back to the tourbus.
