Witckrieg Appreciation Thread

There should be one. Arguably on par with Immolation in terms of consistency in quality. I am in love with the mix on this album, especially on Axe's drums.

I also spelled Witchkrieg wrong. Sorry in advance.

I like Witchery. Always have. This one I haven't heard in its entirety yet since I'm kinda poor at the moment and can't buy much music. I wasn't too happy to hear about Toxine leaving but Legion seems to be a fine replacement.

It's a more than decent CD, but not really my taste, especially in terms of vocals. I prefer those a bit more melodic.

Witchery is ok, nothing special. Definitely nothing to compare with Immolation.

I like Witchery A LOT. I've only heard the new album once, but I like it just fine. Kinda miss the charm that Toxine's vocals brought, though.

The two tracks I've heard so far shined with epic blandness. Nothing original nor outright memorable. And Tue's mix and master is (as ist the vast majority of current modern metal releases) waaaaay to fatiguing for my ears. Even if I liked the tracks, I can't listen to it for longer than a few minutes.

Saw them once, had no opinion until the singer dude held up his hand in a "Westsiiide" type hand symbol that was obviously meant to represent the W in Witchery. At that exact moment they became a joke to me and my friends. We still mock them with that hand symbol on special occasions.

Stefan said it best. This band is ok, but surely doesn't deserve to be compared with the gods that are Immolation.
