Also the best non-metal album of the 90s belonged to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
 
Let Love In is pretty god damn glorious, as are many things Nick Cave.

I bought that album in 2007 because musical time machines are fucking cool.
 


Absolutely my favoUrite teenage angst album back then, got me through some really rough* times. I remember when Ugly came out and I loathed it, but years and years later I realized that that album was their best. This one is still fun for nostalgia, it has some good moments like this particular song.

Dude river runs red is fucking awesome. But... Can't say ugly is their best. RRR is still tops. Got time but you ain't got time for me...
 
This is far and away the best 90's album that nobody seems to have heard of.
