With Oden on Our Side Artwork and Final Tracklist Revealed!

Full-size Artwork (And my new desktop background :D)

The cover artwork for AMON AMARTH's new album, entitled "With Oden On Our Side", has been posted online at this location. The Swedish viking death metal metallers' sixth full-length album will be released in Europe on September 25 (September 22 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland) via Metal Blade Records. The CD was recorded at Fascination Street studios in Örebro, Sweden with producer Jens Bogren.

Sounds awesome!! Death in Fire is a beast of a song live.
 
It looks badass. Fuck what a lot of the people on blabbermouth are saying about it.

i do like the cover, different if you look to the others indeed, but it shows the references to the vikings (or the myths) very well and the most important of the cover is to show where the album is about and where the band stands for. Bonusdisc is worth buying too..
 
I need to get used to the cover since the others were a totally other style. But after watching it for a while it gets very nice. I cant wait to get this one in my collection.
 
IMHO the album is their best release to date. If you don't like the cover, the tracks will still blow the lid off things.
T, if Odin had a boner, it'd be bigger than a fucking pommel, dude! (I have a T-shirt says "My god is better hung than your god".)

lol u must have made that shirt yourself! i dont think those shirts are for sale anywhere haha.. and about the cover.. I actually like it pretty much. Has anyone noticed the runes exept me? Those must say " With oden on our side" and "amon amarth" since they have exactly the same number of symbols as the number of letters.. im so smart :cool:

although it does give new meaning to Odin...you know....mr.one eye!
