World Cup 2010 - South Africa

I think your coach isnt the man for the job really.

Ultra conservative 4-4-2 obviously isn't working and he's lacked the capacity to make a decision to change it, England need to play a more assertive aggressive game of football to really get anywhere and theres just too much lacking in that final third. That and the morale looks shit low, Capello doesn't really have enough command of the english language to really communicate properly I feel so theres a sort of breakdown or frustration, that and half the team have been caught up in some sort of personal scandal in the lead up to this world cup. Couple that with stupidly high expectations of ability and you have a team who can't keep shit together.

somehow like Maicon's goal against North Korea, no angle, super fast, not even he knew himself he had scored. Brasil dudes are just too fast and unpredictable sometimes, these two games they've been all shitty and then all of a sudden a second of Brasilian brilliance ruins the other team's plans

Although I'm not the biggest fan, based on what we've seen so far from all the teams I'd say they are the most likely to win this cup.

edit: I forgot...there's also argentina.

Yep, but that heel pass to Kaká before he runs to the goal was so cool.

And what about his second goal? FUCKING AWESOME (althought the ball touched his arm)!!!!

Seriously, I got super pissed in the end of the game. Côte d'Ivoire was ridiculously violent and the referee throw the red card at Kaká? WTF!

I was sitting here this morning trying to figure out how in the world the US arrived at "football" as a name for our sport. Handegg is brilliant and 100x more accurate.

yeah that red card for kaka was absurd, the replay shows it was clear overshow from the ivory coast player, but hey, you brasilians can't really complain about that stuff, you guys are the worst injury showmen Ive ever seen. Remember a red card to a turkish player after Rivaldo had a fucking heart attack after a ball went near his knee? and he was holding his hands over his face an shit

Epic fake is epic :loco: He´s still remebered by it.

But what pissed me the most wasn´t even that the referee random punished Kaká, but the fact that the Côte d'Ivoire squad haven´t received any red card and they were beating the crap of brazil players. People here are super worried about Elano condition.

that heel pass really was awesome...
but the goal wouldnt have been possible without his arm I think, which lowers the level of awesomeness a lot for me ...but one goal more or less would have made no difference for the côte d'Ivoire.
and their fouling at least had the ball involved in any way...Kaka just went "pow!" with his ellbow + he allready had the yellow card. I thought it was cool the referee throw the red one at him haha
the same for klose vs. serbia...wouldnt fuck around too much with a yellow card^^
