Your music taste just fucking sucks. New does not necessarily mean good. Not to say that there aren't any good new metal bands but it's much rarer than old metal. And by the way, you are NOT openminded as much as you say you are. I have yet to hear you mention a band that most people haven't heard of.

whether or not a certain individual is of the opinion that their favorite band does not suck has no real relevance to the fact that most people's favorite bands suck and are not as good as my favorite band (which happens to be Maudlin Of The Well this week) so everyone can fuck off and die kthanxbi.
