I'm no expert, but unless you're a Mormon then your branch of Christianity is derived from Anglican? (therefore catholicism) or no...
Being completely (and illegally, might I add) exempt from taxes on that income, really, really, really fucking helps, too.
Why do so many Christian sects accuse other Christian groups of not being real Christians? My very religious mother would explain away all negative behaviour of Christians by saying they were not "real" Christians. Which ironically included most every other denomination and especially the Catholics.

Y'all killed Jesus. 'nuff said.
I will say that the prejudice that Jews were subjected to throughout history wasn't always unfounded, and is often perfectly justifiable. (not talking about shit like the holocaust, that' just redonk)
I'm inclined to agree with Drew, though, and at risk of inciting Godwin's Law, leads to shit like WWII.
You're mixing up two issues.
Giving hiring preference to someone of the same race, or treating someone of the same race preferentially compared to others is racist.
Having pride in your heritage, especially enough to refer to a far-away land as your 'home,' is sociopathic.
Now there's something I can relate to and understand!Hey thats cool guys, your all entitled to your own opinions. I am not Christian in any form anyway.
I am actually thinking of starting a religion based on the gospel of Mel Gibson as revealed by his acting in Escape from Thunderdome.
so, you are saying affirmative action is racist?
a sociopath is a person who is not concerned about the adverse consequences for others.

Ultimately I support people's freedom to pursue their beliefs, however I don't think that any church should be tax exempt - they need to pay their fair share like any other bottom line business (which is primarily what they are.)
I had the choice, so do you. My father was a Jew and my mother was a Catholic. I am neither cause I CHOSE not to be either one.
EVERYONE has the choice. Whether you get your ass kicked for being different from the people around you is a separate issue.
Just a point of interest.
If the practical application and interpretation of the bible is the meter by which the 'trueness' of a person, or sub-sect's Christianity is, then how does that relate to the numerous revisions and interpretations of the bible throughout time? Can one only consider themselves a true believer if they adhere strictly to the Hebrew version of the Old Testament? Through extension is a person only a 'true' Christian if they openly request the death penalty for same-sex sexual encounters, believe in killing adulterers, those who aren't virgin on their wedding night, those who strike their parents etc.? I believe the application of the death penalty is quite liberal in a number of cases in the 'truest' of all bibles, and at the very least overlaps with a number of laws that would result in one being tried for murder in most western countries.
Man, the Christian music and Country music avenues are the last one where people still buy your album instead of downloading it.
I think I may have stumbled upon a very lucrative idea...
I have no problem faking it for money.
I tend to not place much value in Nationalism as I tend to agree with Doug Stanhope on the subject.
