I think that depends on where you are posting it. Not sure who you are referring to but if it was me then I wouldn't expect you guys to know about any of them but the sole metal album since this is a metal forum, of course. Just like I'm sure many don't know whatever the hell you posted up.

Unless you are referring to the usual uber-obscure metal lists that are posted in a metal forum that seem to always occur, then yeah. But then again, I would say that both you and I are kinda out of touch with the genre, for the most part, nowadays.

Whatever, more dietetics and insulin response to glucose intake talk please.
