nasilsin ? you only use one word to say “how are you” ?
 
yes we use only nasılsın to say how are you..
Seni Seviyorum means I love you..

Seni Seviyorum is with 2 words but in English I love you and in German Ich Liebe Dich are with 3.. Hmm French is short too like Je T'aime ha? Hmm.. Interesting... :p

My Boss comes from Turkey, I think it is really a difficult language; by the way, I thougt, this here is called introduction thread and not a linguistic thread :guh:

A linguistic thread.. Waoow... :)

Turkish is different than english.. for example in english there is Subject + Verb + Object/Component as the basic sentence structure.. In Turkish it is like Subject + Object/Component + Verb...

Sooner or latter you will find out there are assholes everywhere ! Its not a matter of the forum you pick but of how lucky you get !:p

It’s good to read post from people of deferent countries ,writing in their native language , all in the same thread. It all a part of understanding them better and therefore I do think this “off topic thread ” in some strange way belongs more in the introduce your self forum than it does in the chat forum !

It think it’s time for me to make my contribution in Greek ,but I have a hard time deciding what to write ! :lol:
I am open to any suggestions and I will just translate it !
