You thought Attack Attack was sheet?

That's just a 3 minute and 30 second identity crisis.

If they purged all of the core faggotry, embraced the 80's party band element and learned how to write "rock" lyrics instead of that braindead drivel they might be a halfway enjoyable band.

marcus, i think you should listen 2 their proper recordings, the video is slightly different to the album

their lead guitarist is actually an insanely technical shredder (for better or worse)

and this band has an awesome sense of humour which i love about them, all you guys check out mic skillz 1 and 2, especially 2

My girlfriend loves it.....show me the money baby, dont knock the hustle lol.

even she thinks the lyrics are too cheese though.

Dude! The video the OP posted (just so we're clear here..) is fucking GREAT!!

And I usually hate 80's cheese type stuff, with a passion.

It's upbeat, positive, etc. Nothing wrong w/that. =D

I liked their song that was a mash up of jock jams and breakdowns or whatever. They're a fun band.

Not everyone can look like pissed off old dudes such as Slayer.

Eh, it's not that I mind upbeat positive stuff Charlie, cuz Journey's "Raised on Radio" is in my top-10 albums of all time list - it's just these guys so it in such a self-parodying cliche way that just makes me groan

Haha, Imagine Slayer playing their set jumping and smiling and dancing, and throwing ballons to each other hahaha.

sounds fun to me. nothing wrong with having sing along songs. not everything can be satan, tunes to low z , scream like youre taking a dump with pitchshifter 20 octaves low. I got nothing wrong with fun songs every once in a while. but they are a bandwagon here today gone tomorrow christian band.

LOL, I feel ya my man. I always get a kick out of people that KNOW what they're doing is kind of silly. Much better than pretentious... yada, yada.

Y'know, I've actually come to expect worse. Attack Attack and Brokencyde lowered my standards for music to an all-time, unprecedented low. This was actually somewhat listenable and funny to watch. I get the feeling that Alexi Laiho would be part of this band if he were born a little later.. and in another part of the world.

Yeah, it's just they do it in that ironic scene kid way - to me, it's the musical equivalent of a scenester dude wearing a "My Little Pony" shirt

And oh my good god - I didn't want to believe it, but I heard what sounded like "Do the Robot" as the second/fourth gang vocal part and had to look it up, and sure enough:

Throw your hands up
And wave them like you just don't care
Do the robot
Like you were made with sylon hardware
Throw your hands up
And wave them like you just don't care
Do the robot
Come on let me see you throw your hands up in the air

How profound - and I assume that's supposed to be "Cylon", so now they're going for the geek crowd as well

Lol, that would be pretty crazy to see. They do their thing and that's cool. Although they are the guys that kicked Killswitch off their tour because Adam D wasn't acting "metal."

I don't see why anyone rags on Attack Attack when they're borderline EPIC in comparison to Brokencyde.

To be honest, as indifferent as I am to the metalcore scene, I think The End of Heartache has more musical integrity than Slayers entire 20+ year discography.
