Nuclear Blast has them. Don't know how limited they are. I'm still trying to find North American sites that have them so I don't spend $45.00 on shipping from NB.

Ebay. You can find this at Nuclear Blast too but it's more expensive.

I would also recommend to eBay them. I got mine from eBay.de, probably easier to find from there than from .com. I got so pissed off when I saw that Nuclear Blast is yet again using their old licenses to milk money from COB fans, but these LPs just look too cool so you just gotta buy them..
