well it's those pale brown nuts with green inside. about 1,5 cm long and less than a cm diameter. usually you get them half-opened to it's not too difficult to get the outer skin off, and salted + roasted (?).

You probably know food better in English than I do, I don't know anything about food other than Crackers and Pizza. Someone will know if that's pustacio or not.
