Dark Fucking Angel \m/ .......the fastest thrashers I've seen apart from probably Nuclear Assualt and Kreator.Their album, A Darkness Descends is classic.I'm sure you would have heard of it.
Try Aura Noir, an excellent mix of thrash and black.
Watchtower - a brilliant technical thrash band like Meshuggah
Infernäl Mäjesty - Thrash in the vein of Slayer
